The responsibility for patient care, clinical decisions, and professional services remains solely with the provider.
5. HIPAA and Data Protection
Mint Scheduling is designed to support organizations that require HIPAA-compliant scheduling and communication workflows. However, users are responsible for configuring and using the platform appropriately to meet their own legal and compliance obligations. Where applicable, Lunacal LLC may enter into Business Associate Agreements and implement safeguards designed to protect sensitive information. Users remain responsible for determining whether the platform meets their specific regulatory, legal, and operational requirements.
